I read another complaint that echoes a bit of my thoughts about how these case workers get paid yet whenever there's a screw up they say it's not our fault, it's an automated system that generates all the divisions actions. A holiday will hit and my support will get sent a day late and I get late notices and threats because of the banks.
My payroll screws up and I get turned into collections. Every time they say they have nothing to do with it, it's the system.
Then why do they have jobs getting paid by tax payers. I should probably be careful, they'll start making us, who are forced to use them, to pay their salaries to sit around letting an automated system do everything.
